Since 2014 Good Work has held strategic partnerships with dozens of creative agencies around the world, helping with everything from web development maintenance of existing websites to developing websites and other digital products for their most valued clients.

214 is a brand strategy and creative design agency in New York City that creates and positions brands that people love. Their project management team came to us in the summer of 2018 in search of a development partner that speaks human, is easy to work with, and cares about their clients as much as they do. For 214 we provide:

  • Assistance with project discovery and technology recommendations
  • Website development and maintenance
  • CMS integration (typically Craft CMS)
  • Technical project management

Our involvement starts as soon as the team at 214 gets a lead for a new design project. Not only are we helping scope out what they want to build, but we also provide insights into new approaches to help launch projects within timelines and budget constraints that may not seem feasible at first glance.

Before starting development on a new project we hold design handover meetings between our two teams to ensure all design interaction expectations and features are carried into development. Once that’s complete, we move into the development cycle and provide weekly progress reports of what we’ve completed the week prior.

Upon completion, we move into our quality assurance phase and work through final tweaks and bug fixes before launching the website on a defined timeline.
